Tangram is the oldest puzzle on our shelf: seven tans, nothing else, and figures that have been stumping and delighting players for centuries. Ours are colourful, the board is built for fingers, and when your last piece lands, the finished figure stays on the board in full colour — yours to keep.
About
A tangram figure looks simple until you try it: the silhouette gives you the outline and nothing else, and the seven pieces have to become it exactly — every piece used, none overlapping. The parallelogram is the famous troublemaker: some figures only exist if you flip it.
Figures are shelved in a library of bands, from first-evening shapes to the ones that take a week of glances. Your completion and bests are kept per band, so the shelf always shows what is left to earn.
